By accessing or using the Sharda EduSangam platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the interactions between Students, Teachers, and Schools within our hyper-local educational network.

02. User Roles & Conduct

Student Responsibilities

Students must provide accurate profile data including class and location. Access to premium features like direct chat and PDF downloads is reserved for registered and verified accounts.

Teacher Obligations

Teachers are responsible for the accuracy of their professional bio, qualifications, and fees. All profiles are subject to administrative approval to maintain ecosystem quality.

Institutional Compliance

Schools must ensure that vacancy posts and admission forms are truthful and professional. The platform serves as a marketplace for educational excellence.

03. Marketplace & Content

EduSangam facilitates the sharing of educational content including Notes, Worksheets, and Sample Papers. Users must respect intellectual property rights. Administrators reserve the right to remove any content that violates academic integrity or regional regulations.

04. Proximity & Data

The Service utilizes GPS location data to connect users within a 2KM to 5KM radius. Use of the "Find Tutors" or "Local Schools" features implies consent to the processing of location data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

05. Safety & Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fake profiles or harassment. Users are encouraged to use the "Report" and "Block" features. The Super Admin reserves the right to suspend any account that fails to meet our community safety standards.
